The order took almost 3 months to arrive. I placed it at the end of September, beginning of October, and it arrived at the end of November. The product itself is fine and meets what was advertised, but the delivery times seem too long considering that the package exceeded the delivery deadline by more than a month, and I had to request an extension on the warranty.

It's about fitting three boards into the chair cover. You need to sit from the backrest side to get support. If you sit at the end, the board lifts up. It's okay for the price. I take my Retriever and Long-haired Chihuahua out, and the Retriever seems comfortable. However, the mesh part at the front doesn't have a zipper, so it's a bit uncomfortable for the Retriever. Also, since it's new, there's a bit of a strong smell.
